Step By Step Guide:
Firstly, ensure that you have set up the employee ratings period and added the performance KPIs under Business Settings – Account Settings - Employee Rating Settings.
Step 1: Click on HR Management.
Step 2: Select employee rating (it will automatically open the employee ratings dashboard).
Step 3: Click on ratings.
Step 4: Select employee to rate (only employees you directly supervise will be available for selection).
Step 5: Either do the “Overall Rating” OR Performance KPIs Rating.
To rate on Performance KPIs
- Click on add “KPI specific ratings”
- Select all added KPIs
- Give a rating on each KPI
Step 6: Capture Comment.
Step 7: Click on “Add Rating for that specific employee.
Step 8: Save All Pending Ratings (after rating all your employees).
Tip
Once you submit the rating, the system will automatically make it visible to the employee on their side – so ensure that your feedback is clear and helpful for their development.
