STEP 1: Click On Business Settings.
STEP2: Click Account Settings
STEP3: Select Employee Ratings Settings.
STEP 4: Click Edit Settings.
STEP5: Update your rating period to either monthly, quarterly etc and set date.
STEP6: Select Add KPIs to capture your KPIs one by one. (you can only add to a maximum of 10 KPIs).
STEP7:Click Save Settings.

Well defined KPIs helps managers to conduct fair performance evaluations and give employees better understanding of what is expected from them.
