Step By Step Guide.
Step 1: Click on finance and compliance.
Step 2: Select invoice and quotations.
Step 3: Click create quotation (the system automatically opens a form to complete).
Step 4: Capture quotation details.
-Select customer name.
-Capture quotation reference.
-Capture Item description, quantity, unit price and discount. (click the green add button to add more than one item on the quotation).
Step 5: Click save quotation.
Tip
Ensure that customer details are correct and always double check the pricing, quantities and vat before sending the quotation
