How To Create An Invoice

Step By Step Guide.

Step 1:  Click on finance and compliance.

Step 2:  Select invoices and quotations.

Step 3 : Click on create invoice button (choose to create manually or from task).

(system automatically open the form to fill invoice details).

Step 4: Capture the invoice details

-select customer

-capture invoice reference

-capture item description, quantity and unit price (click the green add button to add more than one item on the invoice).

Step 5: Click on save invoice.


Tip

-Ensure that your business information (banking details, vat number, addresses and company logo) are captured correctly under business settings.
